Payment

Payment will be collected automatically by our systems seven days prior to your stay with us. If payment has not been received within seven days of your stay commencing our guest relations team will contact you to arrange payment.

Cancellations

You can cancel your stay for free if your booking is more than seven days in the future. If there are seven days or less to the commencement of your booking then you will be liable to pay 100% of the value of your booking.

Yes you can modify your booking at any point by contacting our guest relations team on 01752 426428 or emailing them at hello@pureserviced.com.

Parking

If you are travelling to Plymouth by car, bus or rail, our properties all have either their own parking or are near to safe and secure parking spaces. The majority of our apartments have the option of arranging safe and secure parking either onsite or in nearby public car parks. For information on availability, to pre-book and to discuss the various options please simply call or email the team who will be delighted to help. If travelling by train or bus, we have recently opened a new large property at Gulland House which is just 50 yards from the main railway station in Plymouth, which itself is about to undergo a £100m redevelopment programme.

White Lane Lets

We acquired the business of White Lane Lets in 2019 and are still operating these properties under our Pureserviced brand, so if you would like to book any of them please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

Emergency contact

Our standard office hours are from 10 am until 8 pm Monday to Saturday, and midday to 8 pm on Sundays. If you have an emergency outside of these hours please contact our 24 hour helpline on 07778 852650 . If you have lost your keys and are locked out of your property please contact 07778 852650 - please be aware there will be a charge of £75 to cover the callout costs for lost keys.
