The building itself is a wonderful Grade 2 star property near Plymouth Hoe, built in the mid 1800s, with a wide sweeping staircase going up through the middle of the building providing access to all of the apartments . The apartment itself has one bedroom with a king sized bed, and its own en-suite, plus two sofa beds in the lounge There is superfast WI-FI throughout the property , and there is a large screen smart TV in the lounge area, plus smaller smart TV in the bedroom The kitchen is fully equipped to enable any length of stay from one night up to several months, making the property perfect for self catering stays, with a Tesco Express being nearby to enable easy access for grocery shopping during your stay. The apartment has its own dishwasher and access to the building's communal washing laundry area which is equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers.
