Humble Beginnings
We started in a simple fashion five years ago in 2017, when we opened our first apartments for short term rentals in Plymouth. Since our humble beginnings we continue to learn every day about how to improve on providing all of our guests with an amazing stay. Year on year we grow, offering a wide variety of different sized luxury properties in the city.
Our Properties
Our properties are all either close to the waterfront, with its vibrant nightlife and restaurants, or close to the city centre with its excellent travel links, with the railway station currently undergoing a £100m revamp .
Our properties are all equipped to a high standard to enable guests to self-cater if they wish during their stay, and with different sized properties in a mix of modern and historic buildings we can offer a huge variety of choice.
With fast Wi-Fi in every property linked with modern smart TVs allows the ability to use the properties as a base for work, alongside having plenty of bandwidth to allow multiple devices to be used at any one point.
Guests stay with us for a wide variety of reasons. Whether coming to the city to work, either as a one off or on a regular basis, or coming to the city to meet friends for a leisure break, our properties are perfectly designed to allow a comfortable stay and base for exploring the surrounding areas.

Our Team
Our team has grown year on year, to the point now where we now employ over 20 people. All of our team live in Plymouth and are passionate about the city, being fully immersed in the multitude of activities available to all. The team are on hand seven days per week to help advise you on which property to choose, or to help guide you on choosing restaurants and activities during your stay. Our aim is to make your stay a positive memorable experience, and we will do everything we can to help plan something special, or simply enjoy a stress free break.
