Are we pet friendly?

Most of our properties are pet friendly apartments, please ask our reception team for specific pet friendly properties, our contact details are- hello@pureserviced.com/01752426428.

Covid precautions

As most of the government restrictions have now been lifted, we know it is personal preference as to whether you would like to wear a mask upon check in. All our properties are all thoroughly disinfected between guests, and we have hand sanitiser available at our check in stations.

Can we park more than one car?

Within all of our properties you will need to prebook parking, and if we have the availability, you are more than welcome to park more than one car. Please ensure this is arranged with a receptionist beforehand.

Can we get a voucher?

We can absolutely do a voucher for either a night stays or an amount towards a night stay with us.

Is there parking?

Most of our properties do have parking onsite, or parking in a nearby location, charges are based on location.

Can we have guests visit in the property?

You are welcome to have visitors in the property, we do ask that you be courteous of other guests and always adhere to our house rules, with no guests being allowed to stay overnight

What are the check-in times?

Check in is open from 3pm-8pm daily

Can we prepay for our booking?

Yes, absolutely you can prepay for your reservation, this can be done via our reception team, please give us a call on 01752426428.

Are we able to check out late?

Late check out is also possible and is charged at £10 per hour

Is there a lift?

Some of our properties do have a lift, however if you wish to check with one of our team we will be happy to confirm this with you.

Are there shared facilities?

In some of our properties we offer shared kitchen facilities, however this is made very clear when booking. Most of our properties have individual kitchen facilities. All our properties have private bathrooms.

Are we able to check in early?

Early check in is sometimes possible and is charged at £10 per hour.

Are we able to hire a cot and a highchair?

Cots and highchairs are available to rent in all our properties, they are charged at £10 per night and once prebooked will be in placed in your property ready for your arrival.
